Volodymyr Saldo, acting governor of the Kherson region, reported on his Telegram channel that the Ukrainian military tracked the car of the Russian military correspondent of News Front Oleksandr Reznik, better known as LeX, from Alyosha and dropped an explosive device on it from an FVP drone.
“Lex was wounded but remained in service,” Saldo wrote, adding that the military commissar’s car was severely damaged.
Reznik himself published two videos on the LeXFRONT Telegram channel. On one of them, he showed a crumpled car. Showing a door pierced in several places by shrapnel, the military commander said off-screen: “It was all flying at me.”
In the second video, he turned to the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the words: “You wanted to kill a person who speaks the truth.” He also said that everything was fine with him and said that the spotter had already been detained.
