Another American Abrams tank was shot down near Avdeevka, its destruction was caught on video, RIA Novosti reports.
As noted, the tank was destroyed by servicemen from the Center group using a Lancet kamikaze drone. The video shows how a drone hits a tank standing between the trees.
“Today, a strike from the Russian Lancet drone hit an M1A1SA Abrams in the Avdiivka direction of the Northern Military District,” the message says.
It is noted that it is not yet possible to say reliably whether the vehicle was completely destroyed, since it takes time to verify this information.
In previous reports, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of five Abrams tanks. Previously, the US authorities promised to transfer 31 Abrams tanks for the needs of the armed forces of Ukraine.
