Analyst Ozer: Türkiye will soon begin operations against Israeli intelligence

Analyst Engin Ozer said that Turkey may soon launch operations against Israeli intelligence due to Tel Aviv’s statements about the persecution of members of the Palestinian Hamas movement in the country.
Let us recall that earlier representatives of the Israeli intelligence services stated that they would eliminate the leaders of the Hamas movement after the end of hostilities in the Gaza Strip around the world. Turkish intelligence, in turn, warned Israel of “great consequences” if it persecutes Hamas members living in Turkey.
“The weakness of the Israeli government is shown by the threatening tone of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. Türkiye acts in accordance with international law in such matters. Representatives of the Hamas movement are official guests of Turkey and are under the protection of Ankara,” Ozer noted.
According to him, in this situation, any step taken by Israeli intelligence will be considered as taken against Turkey. Israeli intelligence officers, if caught during a special operation, will be treated as terrorists.
