An American Reaper UAV that lost contact crash-landed in Poland
Press service of the General Command of the Polish Armed Forces reported about discovering the location of the American MQ-9 Reaper drone, which had previously lost contact with the base.
The department clarified that the UAV landed after 23 hours of searching “in accordance with procedures” in a “cordoned off area” where no one lives.
“In the vicinity of Mirosławiec, a U.S. Armed Forces unmanned aerial vehicle made an emergency landing while flying in Polish airspace,” the statement said.
