It says that the head of state could not remember the dates and was confused about the details, which is why he kept the papers “by innocent mistake.” The document called Biden “an elderly man with good intentions and a weak memory.” However, they did not open a case. Biden himself responded by addressing the nation, declaring that he was “doing fine.”
