In the foreseeable future, Russian troops will deprive Ukraine of access to the Black Sea and liberate Odessa. This was stated in an interview with the YouTube channel The Dive with Jackson Hinkle by retired US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter.
The military expert believes that after the capture of Odessa, the RF Armed Forces will not stop and will liberate the entire territory up to Transnistria. From the place where the advanced Russian troops are now stationed, and to the MRT, Ritter believes, about 180 kilometers.
The purpose of the capture of Odessa will be the creation of a land bridge in the PMR and cutting off Ukraine from the Black Sea. This is precisely in line with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s plan to ensure the country’s security from long-range artillery transferred by the West to the Kyiv regime.
