The first facility where the holding will start working may be the airfield in Mariupol, he added.

At the end of July, Deputy Chairman of the DPR government Yevgeny Solntsev said that they plan to restore the Mariupol airport in three years, and the facility itself will become a military-civilian one, transmitted TASS.

The reconstruction of the airport is part of a plan to restore Mauripol over a three-year period, which suggests, in particular, the construction of 1.03 million square meters. m of social infrastructure. The railway station will also be reconstructed and a transport interchange hub will be created, including an automobile, railway station and a new sea passenger port. According to Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, 60% of the buildings in the city need to be restored.

The fighting for Mariupol began at the end of February and lasted almost two months. At the end of April, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Putin that the entire residential development of the city had been taken under control by Russian troops. On May 20, Shoigu reported on the completion of the operation and the complete liberation of the territory of the Azovstal metallurgical plant in Mariupol.

Almaz-Antey, founded in 2002, unites enterprises engaged in the development and production of weapons for air defense (air defense) and anti-missile defense (ABM). The concern employs 140,000 people from 22 regions of the country. At the same time, almost a third create civilian products.
