The portal “Russian Spring” noted that the fighting took place on the outskirts of the city of Balakliya, where the Ukrainian command threw reserves, which were drawn in this direction for more than a month.
Later, the IZ.RU Telegram channel reported, citing a source, that units of the 2nd Corps of the People’s Militia of the LPR, with the support of SOBR and OMON fighters of the Russian Guard, repulsed an attempt to break through the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Support was provided by the Russian Aerospace Forces, which launched air strikes on the armored vehicles of the Ukrainian military.
