Aliyev saw conditions for signing a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, as part of his address to the participants of the meeting of the Ministerial Council of the ECO countries, said that at the moment conditions have arisen for the normalization of relations between Baku and Yerevan.
According to Aliyev, conditions have now developed that make it possible to sign a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia. He emphasized that it was possible to eliminate the “gray zone” in Azerbaijan and put an end to separatism.
In addition, the politician added that up to 100 thousand displaced people should return to Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur in the next three years.
