The official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Igor Konashenkov, in the morning briefing of the department on Monday, said that the Russian military “continue to inflict precision strikes on units and reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.” The department did not report any strikes on the thermal power plant.
