The flight hour rate for pilots will increase by 25%, and this is significant,” said Mr. Aleksandrovsky.
In the first half of the year, Aeroflot shortened net loss in annual terms by 24 times, up to 1.6 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 48% to RUB 205 billion due to increased traffic. The company also disclosed its results for 2022 for the first time — Aeroflot finished it with a loss of 40.5 billion rubles, but thanks to state support, the result was even better than in post-pandemic 2021.
