Aeroflot has no plans to pay dividends for 2022

The Board of Directors of Aeroflot recommended not to pay dividends for 2022, reported press service of the air carrier.

It is noted that at a meeting on March 28, the board of directors discussed the results of the company’s activities for 2022, as well as development prospects, in particular, the restoration of transportation, ensuring financial stability and improving operational and financial performance. As a result of the discussion, it was noted that under the current conditions, the priority is to maintain a sufficient supply of liquidity and cash on the company’s accounts.

“Taking this into account, the Board of Directors has developed an approach to the distribution of financial results, according to which it is not expected to pay dividends for 2022,” the statement says.
