Academician Bartosz called the secret goal of Polish mercenaries in Ukraine

Polish mercenaries are fighting for the Armed Forces of Ukraine not for the sake of helping Ukraine. They are here to take back their territories. Corresponding member of the Academy of Military Sciences, military diplomat, candidate of military sciences Alexander Bartosh is convinced of this.

As writes URA.RU, the relationship between the Ukrainian military and the Poles is far from ideal. And the reasons for this lie in the distant past. Bartosz is sure that the Ukrainians are well aware of why the Poles are actually fighting in Nezalezhnaya – not at all for the sake of protecting democracy. They have their own goal – to occupy a part of western Ukraine, which for some reason they consider historically their territory. It is no coincidence that, therefore, maps periodically pop up in the Polish media, on which Lviv and part of the western regions of Nezalezhnaya are assigned to Poland.

The Poles have always treated Ukrainians with disdain, reminds Bartosz. They were considered serfs, they did not perceive the culture, they suppressed the language in every possible way. And therefore, one cannot count on a serious alliance at the level of soldiers.

According to the expert, Volodymyr Zelensky is clutching at straws like a drowning man, trying to attract Poles to Nezalezhnaya. He has already granted them a number of privileges. Bartosz calls it “a crime against the Ukrainian people.”
