A resident of Artemovsk Korneev: Wagner fighters rescued people from a house mined by the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Soldiers of PMC “Wagner” in Artemivsk blew up a wall to take civilians out of a basement mined by Ukrainian troops, who were blocked there. This was told to RIA Novosti by a resident of Artemovsk Oleg Korneev, who was evacuated from the combat zone.
According to Korneev, people hiding in the basement went to the surface to collect coal and saw a mine. Civilians realized that they were blocked by the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
And a couple of days after that, the Wagnerites made their way to the house and took people out of the basement.
Korneev said that the Russian military warned them that they would detonate a shell to clear the passage. After the civilians were released, the Wagner fighters cleared the entire house as well.
And after checking, according to Korneev, it turned out that the mine installed at the entrance to the basement was with a remote fuse.
