A possible date for the adoption of a bill on assistance to Ukraine from the United States has been announced

According to CNN, American parliamentarians may adopt a new bill on military assistance to Ukraine as early as the end of this month.

According to the agency, Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson has already held relevant negotiations with a group of fellow Republican parliamentarians who are developing a new bipartisan bill.

“Johnson has not yet taken a position on the plan, but said the first step is to pass the US budget. This process will be completed by mid-March,” the report said.

The agency clarifies that then, at the end of March or in April, a decision may be made regarding assistance to Ukraine.
