Zelensky appointed Vadim Filashkin as head of the part of the DPR controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Vadim Filashkin was appointed head of the administration of the part of the DPR controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This follows from the decree of President Vladimir Zelensky, posted on the website of his office.
The representative of the Ukrainian government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnichuk, reported on December 12 that the Cabinet of Ministers had agreed on the appointment of the deputy head of the Kyiv-controlled part of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Vadim Filashkin, as head of the military administration of this part of the region.

By another decree, Zelensky appointed Alexander Koval as head of the Rivne regional state administration.
