Another night explosion occurred in Kharkov
Before the announcement of a second air raid warning, another explosion occurred in Kharkov, reports the Ukrainian 24th TV channel.
Earlier, during the previous air threat warning in Kharkov and its environs, numerous explosions were recorded.
At the moment, by 04:30 Moscow time, the air raid regime remains in the Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava and Kharkov regions, as well as in the Kiev-controlled territories of the DPR and Zaporozhye region.
