A Moscow court decided not to arrest a pediatrician who ridiculed the son of a SVO participant

The Tushinsky Court of Moscow decided not to arrest a pediatrician from one of the capital’s clinics in the case of disseminating false information about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. A preventive measure was chosen against the woman in the form of a ban on certain actions.

The pediatrician is prohibited from communicating with persons who are witnesses in the case and their representatives, as well as other participants in the criminal case, except for defense lawyers, investigators and the prosecutor. She also does not have the right to send and receive postal and telegraphic items, use communication means or use the Internet.

The woman is accused under Part 2 of Art. 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. According to the prosecution, she spoke incorrectly about the child’s father, who died in the Northern Military District zone.
