Spacecraft of the Russian Ministry of Defense, running previously from the Plesetsk cosmodrome, launched into orbit. The launch was carried out by a Soyuz-2.1b rocket.

“At the estimated time, the spacecraft was launched into the target orbit and accepted for control of ground-based space forces of the Aerospace Forces,” the Ministry of Defense said in a statement (quoted from “Interfax”).

A stable telemetry connection has been established and maintained with the satellite. The on-board systems of the device are functioning normally.
