A forum of young political scientists was held in the Moscow region

On Saturday, the Digoria Forum, which was held by the Expert Institute for Social Research (EISI) and Rosmolodezh, ended in the Moscow Region. For four days from August 10, 100 political scientists and political technologists under the age of 35 from 33 regions of the Russian Federation came up with projects related to the agenda and challenges that, in their opinion, the Russian Federation faces.

To do this, the experts were divided into several areas of work. The participants in the “factory of meanings” were supposed to develop “cultural and ideological structures for the development of Russia.” The “Factory of Meanings” was headed by the Deputy Director for Strategy and Forecasting of the EISI Ekaterina Sokolova. This “factory” included several “workshops”: “State of the Future”, “Society of the Future”, “Man of the Future”.

Political scientist Sergei Belov, who participated in the “workshop” “State of the Future”, says that the training looked like this: “Ten participants in the “workshop” from different regions of the Russian Federation “thinked about what Russia will be like in the future.” “We came to the conclusion that the Russia of the future will have a high level of technology development, and more importantly, it will be a state where there is a certain meaning shared by the whole society. It lies in the fact that the success of each person forms the success of the state. In turn, the success of the state affects all people, there is a relationship.” According to Belov, the experts expressed this in the slogans: “Russia is us.” “We are Russia” or “Success is together”.
