A delegation of Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh arrived in Yevlakh to meet with representatives of the Azerbaijani authorities. About it reports Trend agency.
It is noted that the delegation is accompanied by Russian peacekeepers. A meeting is being held in Yevlakh with the Armenians of Karabakh on “issues of reintegration based on the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” the agency writes.

More than 200 people were injured, including 35 civilians, 13 of whom were children. Later, in the office of Human Rights Commissioner Gegham Stepanyan in Nagorno-Karabakh stated about 200 dead and over 400 injured.
On the evening of September 20, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reportedthat a car carrying Russian peacekeepers came under fire in the region.
