A crowd of protesters began to break into the Belgrade administration building. Law enforcement agencies began using tear gas against them.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, commenting on the protests in Belgrade, said that there is no revolution in the country, and law enforcement officers keep the situation under control.
According to him, about 1.2 thousand people are trying to break into the city assembly. He stressed that all “rioters and thugs” will be detained and appropriate measures will be taken against them.
