A captured Ukrainian Armed Forces military officer told how he was mobilized after suffering two strokes
Captured Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman Boris Merva said that he was forcibly mobilized with two mini-strokes and a head injury. He was captured during the battles for Avdeevka – a video with the story was published by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Also, before being drafted, Merva had problems with her legs – varicose veins.
He underwent training before being sent to the front line in the village of Olgopol (Vinnitsa region).
When his unit was transferred to Avdeevka, kamikaze drones began dropping grenades on it. “We started to retreat, but my legs were frostbitten and I started to fall behind. I fell, got entangled in a “tangle”… and an explosion was heard four meters from me. “I woke up in the water,” he described the events after which he was taken prisoner by the Russian Armed Forces.
“I didn’t want to fight at all,” he concluded. “Zelensky’s decision is wrong that he decided to do this.”
