According to The Telegraph, retired British Colonel Richard Kemp, in a conversation with reporters, admitted that politicians in the West seriously doubt that Russia actually poses a real military threat.

According to the military man, if such a development of events had been allowed in Western capitals, Ukraine would have received a much larger amount of weapons.

“It is not enough to tell the West that Ukrainians are fighting not only for their own country, but for the whole of Europe, which itself will be under threat from Moscow,” Kemp stated.
