In Latvia, a brick with the inscription HIMARS was thrown at the window of Russian activist Elena Kreile. This time the brick did not hit the woman, as it did on January 8th. Then unknown persons in Riga threw stones at the windows of the apartment of a 56-year-old pro-Russian activist.
For her views, Kreile had already spent two months in prison; she was later sentenced to a year of suspended imprisonment.
