A bill on payment to adult children of those killed in the Northern Military District has been sent to the government
A bill on the right of adult children of deceased SVO participants to receive a lump sum payment, prepared by the LDPR faction, was sent to the Russian government, the party reported in its Telegram channel.
A one-time payment of 5 million rubles in the event of the death of a SVO participant can be received by family members of the deceased – spouses, parents or children, but adult children who apply for payment are refused.
The head of the LDPR, Leonid Slutsky, expressed the view that the adult children of the victims, being their closest relatives, have every right to receive payments.
