Arkhangelsk wrestlers brought medals of the highest value from “star” starts

The squad of the Arkhangelsk region won one gold, two silver and three bronze medals at the All-Russian competition in hand-to-hand combat “Stars of the Baltic”. The starts were dedicated to the memory of the honored coach of Russia Alexander Fakeev.
The tournament was held in Vyborg and brought together about 300 athletes from 23 regions of the country. Boys and girls aged 12–13, 14–15 and 16–17 competed in the tournament.
The national team of the Arkhangelsk region was represented by pupils of the Isakogorsk Children and Youth Center.
Gold went to Daniil Kozlov, silver went to Daria Mikurova and Kirill Bessonov, bronze went to Timofey Kaminsky, Matvey Pilitsyn and Yegor Mitko.
