In November, the index was 49.2 points after 48.5 points in October. At the same time, it is still in the zone of declining economic activity (less than 50 points) and is not comparable with summer indicators, the authors of the survey note. According to PSB Vice President Kirill Tikhonov, the November increase is largely due to the positive dynamics of the personnel and investment component, which is explained by the completion of partial mobilization and the absence of new economic uncertainties. In November, 15% of those polled announced an increase in revenue (12% in October), and a reduction – 45% (47%), which ensured an improvement in the sales component in the index structure.
