The Ministry of Economy proposes to extend the mechanisms of the experimental legal regime (EPR) to the sphere of data processing, including personal data. It is assumed that placing this activity in the so-called digital sandbox will solve the problem of obtaining the consent of the personal data subject for each request for data depersonalization and will allow pilot projects to combine data from different industries. The latter is necessary, for example, to build financial models based on the combined depersonalized data of banks, telecom operators, geoinformation services and Internet companies.
