Due to a lack of competencies and “previous burnout”, 47% and 15% of Russians, respectively, do not want to change jobs, according to a joint study of the Skillbox platform and the Meta psychotherapeutic service (Kommersant has it). Only 5% of respondents are satisfied with their current place of work – they do not plan to change it in the next five years.

“The remaining number of respondents plans to change the company in order to go to a related industry and develop there (38%), move to another position (33%), radically change their profession (12%), start their own business (12%),” the report says. the text of the study. 13% of respondents do not see prospects for development in the companies where they work.

43% of respondents noted that they seek to change jobs for self-realization and personal growth. About 45% of the survey participants (a total of 24,000 people were interviewed) are rather dissatisfied with their personal development, 15% are completely dissatisfied.

In January, the Rabota.ru service spent study, the results of which showed that in 2022, 71% of Russians intend to change jobs. From the new career prospects, the respondents expected a high salary, an adequate team and management.
