Yamal hand-to-hand fighters brought awards from the Ural Federal District MMA championship

Members of the national team of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in hand-to-hand combat were among the winners of the Ural Federal District championship in mixed martial arts. The press service of the department reports this.
Ansar Gogushev, assistant chief of guard of the 9th fire and rescue unit (FRS), took second in the 120+ kilogram weight category. The chief of the guard of the 7th PSCh, Rustam Umarov, took third place in the 120 kilogram weight category.
Let us add that the competition took place at the Martial Arts Academy of the RMK Yekaterinburg. More than 130 fighters from the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Tyumen and Sverdlovsk regions took part in them.
It was previously reported that Yamal rescue team entered the top ten at the All-Russian competitions.
