Detained militants of the Russian Volunteer Corps were planning to send poisoned cargo to the Northern Military District zone

Members of a cell of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK, a terrorist organization banned in Russia) detained in St. Petersburg were planning to send the poisoned cargo to the SVO zone.

Let us remind you that security forces detained four members of a banned terrorist organization. The department reported that they collected information about critical infrastructure in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region for subsequent terrorist attacks.

The shipment of cargo poisoned with a highly toxic substance to the Northern Military District zone was to take place on instructions from Ukrainian military intelligence, the FSB specified.
