Summons for partial mobilization can be served at any time of the day, for example at night. This was reported by the portal “Explain.rf”, where the Russian authorities publish information about the mobilization.
When asked whether it is legal to serve subpoenas at night, the portal informed: “Mobilization summons can be served around the clock.” According to the agency “Moscow”in the capital, employers were obliged to hand over subpoenas to employees and ensure their attendance at military registration and enlistment offices.
Partial mobilization was announced by the Russian president on 21 September. According to the Ministry of Defense, 300,000 people will be called up. Often in some regions people were called up who were not subject to partial mobilization. For example, the governor of the Omsk region told about cases of delivery of subpoenas to cancer patients and students. In Vladimir, the agenda handed over female doctor with two minor children. In the Kremlin expressed hope that the mistakes made during the mobilization of the Russians will be corrected.
