The competition was held in a 3×3 format for the Cup of Penza athletes who won silver medals at the 2020 Olympic Games. Girls of two age categories fought for the victory: born in 2006-2007 and born in 2008-2009.
Famous sportswomen Evgenia and Olga Frolkin were born in Penza, they played for children and youth sports school No. 1 in Penza with coaches Galina and Sergey Baranenko.
