Scientists have found evidence that excess niacin increases the risk of stroke and heart attack

Scientists led by Stanley Hazen from the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio concluded that excess niacin in the body may increase the risk of stroke and heart attack.

Nicotinic acid is a B3 vitamin. It is found in many foods such as whole grains, beans and greens. In moderation, it benefits the body.

With an excess of the vitamin, the 4PY metabolite enters the body, an excessive amount of which, according to the data obtained by scientists, is associated with a 60% increased likelihood of certain cardiovascular diseases. It is thought to cause inflammation of blood vessels.
