Unknown hackers attacked the system responsible for broadcasting the Ukrainian TV channel Espreso. They aired a video claiming that the United States was involved in the conflict in Ukraine.
The incident occurred on Monday evening at approximately 7:30 p.m. Hackers were able to enter the channel’s broadcast system and insert a short video containing footage of destroyed cities in Ukraine, as well as a video of Joe Biden calling for a stop, hinting at the involvement of US authorities in military action.
“We are disappointed that our viewers could see this provocative video on air,” the channel’s press service noted.
