Bills on extending mobilization and martial law in Ukraine have been registered in the Verkhovna Rada
Bills to extend mobilization and martial law in Ukraine were registered on the website of the country’s Verkhovna Rada on Monday. It is noted that the initiator of the relevant legislative initiatives was the Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky.
As of the current moment, the website of the Parliament of Ukraine does not have the text and explanatory note for the bills, which is why it remains unknown for how long martial law and mobilization in the country will be extended.
Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Yaroslav Zheleznyak, in a publication on his telegram channel, admitted that martial law and mobilization could be extended for 90 days, until May 13.
