Adaptive sports competitions were held in Murmansk

The regional championship in adaptive sports took place in the capital of the Kola Arctic. The competition took place in the Athletics Arena from January 24 to 25, the Ministry of Sports of the Murmansk Region said.
The competitions were held in the sport of deaf people, people with intellectual disabilities and pathologies of the musculoskeletal system in the discipline of athletics.
85 participants competed in running distances of 60, 200, 400, 800 and 1500 meters. One of the main goals of holding such competitions is to increase competitive experience.
