Businessman Alexey Bilyuchenko was accused of this crime; he was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. During the investigation, police officer Satyukov, in particular, worked with Bilyuchenko. During the trial of a cryptocurrency trader, his testimony was read out, according to which the lieutenant colonel extorted a bribe from the suspect. Now these testimonies form the basis of the charges against Satyukov. We are talking about the transfer of non-residential premises in Saratov, an apartment in a Moscow residential complex and a car.
