Permission under sublicense agreements for the use of the Tele2 trademark also applies to T2 Mobile LLC and Pilar LLC.
A representative of the Russian mobile operator Tele2 confirmed receipt of permission. “We confirm that the companies T2 RTK Holding LLC and T2 Mobile LLC have the right to use the Swedish trademark Tele2 within the specified time frame. Granting the right to use a trademark through the conclusion of license and sublicense agreements has been agreed upon with the copyright holder,” he said.
