“All responsibility for the current situation and further development of events lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan,” he said.
Baku previously announced “large-scale provocations of the Armenian armed forces in the areas of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border”, after which measures were taken to “prevent military threats to the territory and sovereignty of Azerbaijan.”
