In Luhansk, a Ukrainian serviceman named Kulinich was convicted for killing a woman with a grenade, military commander and military expert Boris Rozhin said on his Telegram channel.
The military commissar reports that the guilt of the defendant was proved during the court session. So, in April last year, while in the city of Rubizhne, Kulinich heard an elderly woman speak negatively about those who served in the armed formations of Ukraine.
In this regard, Kulinich, hiding around the corner of the house, threw an F-1 grenade towards the woman, and after the explosion she died on the spot. Witnesses testified that in that episode the deceased was fetching water.
The court sentenced the Ukrainian soldier to 17 years in prison with a strict regime colony, the military correspondent said.
