Bailiffs will be banned from writing off debts from payments to Shebekin residents

The authorities of the Belgorod region instructed bailiffs not to write off debts from the funds received by residents of the Shebekinsky district due to shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on Tuesday, June 13, by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
As the politician said in his Telegram channel, the request for a corresponding ban came from the residents themselves, “the Ministry of Social Protection and the bailiffs received such a command.”
Shebekinsky and Grayvoronsky districts suffered greatly from shelling and sabotage by the Ukrainian military. Their residents were evacuated, some were placed with relatives, the rest are in temporary residences. The authorities of the Belgorod region agreed with the federal center on measures to support the forcedly resettled residents of the region.
The first one-time payment of 10 thousand rubles is already being made, the second payment of 50 thousand rubles Will start shipping June 15th. The money is given to people who have completely lost their property or are unable to live in their own homes.
For residents of Shebekino who have a residence permit outside the city, they will create separate register for payments. To get on such a list, it will be enough to provide a certificate of service at the Shebekinskaya polyclinic, documents stating that the children went to school in this city, as well as a certificate from the place of work.
