CASC: China successfully tested reusable spacecraft
The China Space Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) said China has successfully completed testing of a reusable spacecraft that returned to Earth this Monday.
According to the report of the corporation, the launch of the apparatus was carried out from the Jiuquan cosmodrome in Gansu province, located in the northwest of China. It is noted that the device stayed in orbit for 276 days.
The CASC clarified that the test of the device was successful, thereby demonstrating China’s breakthrough in the field of reusable spacecraft technology research.
