15 missiles fired at US base near Al-Omar oil field in eastern Syria

According to Al Mayadeen TV channel, in the early morning, a US military base located near the Al-Omar oil field in eastern Syria was attacked by at least fifteen rockets. The Shiite movement Iraqi Islamic Resistance claimed responsibility for the attack.
Earlier, the same movement attacked an American base near the Koniko gas field in Deir ez-Zor province. As a result of this attack, six missiles were fired. Details about the consequences of the attack were not reported.
