Wind power plants (WPP) of the Kherson region were nationalized into the ownership of Russia. This was announced by the Acting Governor of the region Vladimir Saldo TASS.
According to Mr. Saldo, the region receives enough electricity, but wind farms “should not stand idle.” “All wind farms in the region can produce 70-80 MW, that is, about half of the required capacity. However, this does not mean that wind farms should be idle. The electricity they generate must be supplied to the country’s unified energy system,” he says.
Earlier, Vladimir Saldo reported that Rosseti in the Kherson region had fully inventoried wind generators.
