Wildberries denies information about the strike of the owners of the PVZ

The press service of Wildberries told Kommersant that the information about the closure of pick-up points (PVZ) and strikes is not true. The company emphasized that self-delivery points continue to work in a standard mode. Earlier it was reported that the points in St. Petersburg, Barnaul and Yekaterinburg were suspended.
“Today, about 10-15 people came to the office, accompanied by yellow Telegram channels, who called themselves “representatives of partner pickup points,” but refused to provide their data to both us and the law enforcement officers whom we invited to the office. Accordingly, we have no certainty that these were really our partners. Telegram channels made a molehill out of a fly and presented it as a “rebellion” or “assault” of partners, but they represent only 0.1% of their total number,” the press service emphasized.
On March 14, in Moscow, near the main office of the company, the owners of the points of issue of orders (POI) gathered. The entrepreneurs intended to demand “fair conditions” for cooperation from Wildberries, including a revision of the fines policy.
“The financial component leaves much to be desired. We need transparency of earnings and penalties, even if they exist, and so on, ”said the correspondent RBC one of the owners of the PVZ Vladimir.
In addition, the owners of the pickup point complained about the systems of payment, motivation, deductions, etc. “Now everything is going unilaterally on the part of Wildberries, this does not suit us,” an unnamed interlocutor of the TV channel said.
The news is being added.
