Wildberries confirmed that “several locations” of the store were closed “for safety reasons.” The press service stated that cooperation with “partners” choosing “uncivilized forms of dialogue” would be suspended.
“As we warned yesterday that with “partners” who choose uncivilized forms of dialogue, threaten company representatives and attempt to disrupt the work of the office, cooperation will be suspended for security reasons,” the Wildberries press service told RIA Novosti.
“Several such points were closed, from which we export goods that belong to us and entrepreneurial sellers, we informed buyers about the transfer of their orders to other pickup points,” Wildberries noted.
March 14 in Moscow near the main office of Wildberries gathered owners of points of issue of orders. They demanded “fair terms” of cooperation from Wildberries, including a revision of the penalty policy.
Since March 9, the Wildberries platform has established new rules for owners of pickup points. In the event of a defective return or if the parcel contains another item, the owners of the pick-up point are charged the full amount of the goods. Wildberries denied information about the strike of the owners of points of issue of orders.
Entrepreneurs also complained about the system of payment, motivation, deductions. The media reported on the closure of Wildberries distribution points in St. Petersburg, Barnaul and Yekaterinburg. Today, March 15, dozens of Wildberries pickup points stopped work in Irkutsk, Bratsk, Ust-Ilimsk, Angarsk, Chita, the Trans-Baikal Territory and Buryatia, Vladivostok and Blagoveshchensk.
