Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME corporation) is ready to provide legal assistance to the owners of Wildberries pick-up points (POPs) whose rights have been violated due to the actions of the administration of the online store. About it declared General Director of the corporation Alexander Isaevich in the Telegram channel.

Isaevich noted that now information is coming from various sources that the Wildberries marketplace is firing employees participating in the strike, and that the owners of the pickup points are blocking accounts and touching contracts.

“I appeal to all the owners of the PVZ, entrepreneurs who are in this situation right now. If your rights have been violated, write to me and to Service 360. We are ready to study all the documents, provide all the necessary legal assistance, ”he wrote.

March 14 became known, that the prosecutor’s office of the Moscow Region will check information about the violation of the labor rights of Wildberries workers on behalf of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia. The press service of the supervisory agency explained that the audit was organized according to information posted in the media about the violation of the labor rights of Wildberries employees, including “about illegal deductions of funds from their wages.”

Formerly RIA Novosti reportedthat the owners and representatives of the Wildberries pick-up point are besieging the company’s office in Moscow due to dissatisfaction with the new working conditions. It was clarified that we are talking about collective responsibility and penalties for the return of goods.

The owner of one of the points told the agency that since August, Wildberries introduced penalties for the pickup point for returning defective goods in the amount of 20% of its value. And already last week, the size of the sanction increased to 100%. According to another representative of the PVZ, the marketplace does not get in touch with entrepreneurs and does not explain changes in work.
