According to the results of the first half of the year, the revenue of PJSC VUSH Holding (the operator of the Whoosh kicksharing service) under IFRS amounted to 4.44 billion rubles. Compared to the same period in 2022, the indicator increased by 62%. The company’s net profit grew 3.3 times to RUB 1.3 billion. It also follows from the Whoosh reporting that the number of trips for the eight months of 2023 amounted to 71.5 million. Compared to the eight months of the past, the figure increased by 1.9 times. The company’s fleet as of August 26 this year amounted to 138,000 personal mobility aids (SIM; includes electric scooters and electric bicycles). Compared to December 2022 (82 thousand), the number of SIMs in the Whoosh fleet increased by 68%.
The number of registered SIM rental accounts has also increased. As of August 26, it reached 18.6 million, which is 56% higher than the same indicator at the end of 2022. Currently, the number of cities where the company operates is 53.
After the announcement of the publication of the IFRS report for the first half of the year, the shares of the kicksharing service on the Moscow Exchange grew by 5%. As of 10:30, the company’s securities slowed down to 2.18% and were at the level of 264.64 rubles.
